not feeling great about myself lately! just got back from an amazing 3 month holiday.. in that time i enjoyed the most amazing food and the only exercise i did was the walking i did everyday… so in that time i have put on around 5 kilo, but even more annoying, lost most of the muscle tone i gained before leaving.
